Policies
Microblading is a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. I strive to provide all my clients with the best experience possible, so our policies are as follows:

Deposits:Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. A $150 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your $150 deposit will be applied to your total balance at the end of your appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason you may do so 48 hrs prior to your appointment start time. Your deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment for any reason we ask that you do so 48 hrs prior to your appointment start time. Your deposit of $150 will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Your rescheduled appointment date must be within 45 days of the canceled appointment. If you do not reschedule your new appointment date within that 45 days you will be required to put down another $150 deposit to secure a new appointment. If no cancellation notice is given 48 hrs prior to your appointment start time you will lose your non-refundable deposit.

Tardiness: Timeliness is important for your service. I ask that you be on time for your appointment. Your results are dependent on the time I have to complete your service. Should you be more than 20 min late your appointment it will be canceled and you will lose your non-refundable deposit because I can not book anyone else for that time slot.

Procedure Room: Clients only are allowed in the procedure room. A friend or family may accompany you to your appointment but, we have learned it is best that they do not sit-in on your procedure. It is important that my full focus is on you, the client. Friends and family can be a distraction for both the client and myself. The procedure is time intensive so we have to make the most of the time we have blocked for your appointment.

Touch Up Appointment:All eyebrow procedures are a multi-session process. After your initial session a 4-8 week touch up is recommended. The touch up session is $200 extra. This allows me to assess the healed result. To evaluate the color and make any adjustments as needed. At the touch up appointment we can address any areas that are lighter or patchy, add shading if needed or desired, or go darker with pigment. If you are happy with the healed results from the initial session, the touch up is optional.

Right to Refuse Treatment: Though it is extremely rare, I reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons:

Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/acne)

Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
